Good to know
The estate sits on two and a half wooded acres just west of Port Angeles — private and quiet among the trees, with the Olympic Peninsula arranged around you. Olympic National Park begins minutes from the driveway; the lakes and the coast follow at an easy pace.
Twelve, comfortably, across five bedrooms — arranged so no couple compromises and no child feels like an afterthought.
A great deal, by design. The entertainment wing was built for children and teenagers — the kind of rooms where an afternoon quietly disappears.
There are two, each with its own role. The propane fireplace in the game room is yours — switch it on and settle in. The wood-burning fireplace in the main living room stays decorative, kept so for everyone’s safety. For a live flame under the open sky, the fire pit waits on the deck.
Bring the groceries; the rest is here. The chef’s kitchen upstairs is fully equipped around a double oven, with glassware of every kind and two sets of cocktail tools for the evening. A dedicated coffee bar sees to the mornings.
Two rooms at the heart of the lower floor, given over entirely to leisure — film on one side, games on the other.
Boutique hotel, mountain setting. Custom millwork, velvet headboards, quiet gold accents, and a curated art collection set the register. Spin a record on the turntable, pour a glass of wine by the marble coffee table, and let the evening take its time.
It rests through the wet season. To keep the surface true through Pacific Northwest winters, the private pickleball court closes November through April and opens May through October — paddles, balls, and gear provided.
Sixteen hundred square feet of decking over two levels — egg chairs for slow mornings, a grill for long dinners, a fire pit for after dark. On the lawn below, the cornhole boards stand ready.
Yes — it holds the best view in the house. After a day in Olympic National Park, the seven-person spa — seventy jets, soft underwater lighting — looks straight out over the Strait of Juan de Fuca: ships passing, and the far lights of Victoria after dark.
